Within 1 Hour: If you’ve paid ₹300 and message us on WhatsApp within 1 hour, you’ll get a full refund.

After 1 Hour: 150 will be deducted, and the rest ₹150 will be refunded (only if order is not dispatched).

After Dispatch: pre-paid order No cancellation / If order is cod advance payment will not be refundable.
