RETURNS & EXCHANGES

360° unboxing video is required in case of:

Damage

Wrong item

Missing items

Changed your mind? Or you don’t like the product. Exchange or refund not possible because product will be same as shown in image and video.

Video must be clear, without pause or cut, and issue reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Without video, we will not be able to Help you.

EXCHANGE / RTO POLICY

For damage product exchanges we will provide you shipping details.

In case of RTO (Return to Origin), RTO + reshipping fees must be paid. No refunds will be provided.

Always give a proper address and contact number, and track your parcel timely.

Tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp please track it by yourself.

Report if not received within 10 days. No complaints accepted after that.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • You can share your preferred courier if not, we’ll ship via our choice.
  • Tracking may be delayed due to heavy dispatch but is always on time.
  • Slight color difference may occur due to lighting or screen display.
  • Small issues like thread out, removable stains, or minor scratches defects are not considered damage.
  • Please do not bargain. Pay the exact amount.
  • Read this policy carefully. Don’t scroll past and later say you weren’t aware.
